Ludacris Set To Open For The Black Eyed Peas At Value City Arena

Value City Arena has announced the complete bill for the February 16th show featuring The Black Eyed Peas. Ludacris has been added to the bill and will be the featured opener. The official tour got underway last week in Atlanta.
